At Khidmat Welfare Foundation, donations are voluntary contributions made towards supporting our social causes and community welfare programs.
Therefore, donations once successfully completed are generally non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered in situations such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment deducted but donation not received due to technical issues
- Incorrect transaction processing
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date along with:
- Donor Name
- Registered Email/Phone Number
- Transaction ID
- Donation Amount
- Payment Date
After verification, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
