Once a donation transaction is successfully completed, cancellation requests cannot normally be accepted because the contribution is allocated towards charitable activities.

In case of any payment issue, duplicate transaction, or technical problem, donors can contact our support team for assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment-related concerns
